Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

Once an order has been submitted, cancellation may not always be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipment.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be able to return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased through Duskline are intended for personal or household use and are not intended for unauthorized commercial resale.
